Architecture

is one of Angelo's inspirations.

“If I hadn’t become a hairdresser, I would have been an architect. I love the innovative shapes, creations, materials and textures. I particularly like modern and baroque architecture. I also like the way the Japanese use space and light in their buildings. A house should look beautiful, but the view from the window is equally as important. It can influence your life and the way it makes you feel.”

Angelo has created the wigs for a number of high-profile exhibitions at museums and galleries across the globe.

THE SIMONE HANDBAG MUSEUM, KOREA

A very interesting project for Angelo, such as designing the hair for the Simone Handbag Museum in Korea – a building dedicated to handbags – and in the shape of a handbag  in Seoul. He came up with all of the wigs for one of the whole floors there. It’s a permanent installation, which means if you go in 10 years’ time, what he created would still be there.
